When we think of robots, we think of something made of metal, something that needs charging and something that is breakable! Well, that is old news. Folks at the University of Vermont have made something called a biological robot.
It is made of cells. It feeds and heals itself.

Skin and heart cells from African frog species Xenopus Laevis were cut into the shapes that the computer came up with – shapes not seen in nature.
