Palestine Bleeds, but You Can Save It!

- Educate yourself and others about Zionism
It is important to understand the history, and make sense of the current affairs and the Prophet’s statements concerning the future. We can’t bury our heads in the sand and pretend that nothing is happening. We can also not overreact and expect Muslim leaderships to plunge into fire mindlessly. Every war needs a strategy. Every victory comes with faith, courage and intelligence. So firstly we need to figure out why Israel has such an uncompromising interest in the Palestinian land? Why do they need to destruct Masjid Al-Aqsa? What is the new world order? And, most importantly, why are they awaiting the Anti-Christ (Dajjal)? Get your facts and figures right today!
- Follow the world news closely
As Shaikh Yasir Qadhi stated, it might be tiring for us to keep a count of the martyred. We might feel helpless and restless as we cannot actively do much. But the oppression that we witness softens our hearts. The fight of the unarmed and innocent children, women and men keeps our spirit alive to connect spiritually to Allah (swt) and set our affairs right. Plus it enables us to ally with the correct group of people. Ignorance and misinterpretation can divide the Ummah and damage our status in the world and the Akhirah. So keep yourself updated about the turn of events. There is a reason why the Israeli forces targeted media houses. But Allah (swt) is Al-Haqq, the Most Truthful. Who can muffle the truth and for how long?
- Recite Qunoot-e-Nazlah
The Prophet (sa) invoked Allah (swt) for one whole month in his five daily prayers against the enemies of Allah (swt). Do not trivialize your Duas. Our sincere repentance to At-Tawwab, the Acceptor of Repentance, and Al Qadir, the Most Powerful, can uproot the enemy with or without worldly resources.

- Boycott permanently
Do not fund the enemy’s bullets and bombs. Stop buying their products and services. Look for permanent alternatives and adopt them for life. It is common to hear: “What can one person do?” Imagine what would happen if Muhammad Ali Jinnah thought that? Pakistan would never have been created. Plus we came to this world alone, we will die alone, we will return to Allah (swt) alone and we will stand before Him alone. Hence He wants to see what YOU can do today. Besides all it takes is a grain of rice to tip the scales. Maybe you are that one person through whom Allah (swt) brings forth victory.
- Unite with the Ummah
This is not the time to blame or settle old scores. Muslims of all colour, creed, age and gender must come together for a noble cause. Our ultimate goal is to please Allah (swt). His pleasure is in unity and not in division. Be your best, wherever you are and at whatever you can do. Remember 1.8 billion Muslims are a huge force to reckon with. Nobody can ignore us if we unite today and stay united tomorrow for Islam.
“…You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.” (Al Baqarah 2:286)
