Brown Noodles – Delicious, Healthy, Filling and Easy!

Ingredients

  • brown noodles
  • cubed boneless chicken (200 g)
  • vegetables of your choice (bell peppers/ onions/ carrots/)
  • chili flakes (1 tsp)
  • chili sauce (4 tbsp)
  • vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • soy sauce (1 tbsp)
  • salt (as per taste)
  • black pepper (1 tsp)

Method

  1. In a pot, boil brown noodles with an adequate amount of salt and olive oil.
  2. In a separate pan, heat up olive oil.
  3. Add chicken and vegetables, season with black pepper and stir fry till ready.
  4. Put all three sauces into the pan and stir till all ingredients mixed properly.
  5. Mix in boiled brown noodles.
