Ingredients
- brown noodles
- cubed boneless chicken (200 g)
- vegetables of your choice (bell peppers/ onions/ carrots/)
- chili flakes (1 tsp)
- chili sauce (4 tbsp)
- vinegar (2 tbsp)
- soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- salt (as per taste)
- black pepper (1 tsp)
Method
- In a pot, boil brown noodles with an adequate amount of salt and olive oil.
- In a separate pan, heat up olive oil.
- Add chicken and vegetables, season with black pepper and stir fry till ready.
- Put all three sauces into the pan and stir till all ingredients mixed properly.
- Mix in boiled brown noodles.
